Who is Elise?

Elise Zumba's origin story

My journey with Zumba began 8 years ago in Spain, where I lived for a while. It was there that I had the opportunity to start teaching Aqua Zumba classes. From that moment on, I realised that I had found something that combines everything I love most – movement, dancing, Latin American rhythms, and joyful energy.

Dance has always been close to my heart. I love how music makes people move, smile, and forget about everyday life. Zumba is not just a workout for me – it is an opportunity to express myself, experience the joy of movement, and share that feeling with others.

From that first water Zumba class in Spain, a passion grew that has accompanied me to this day. My goal is to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere in every class, where everyone can move at their own pace, enjoy the music, and leave the session feeling better and with a smile.

For me, every Zumba class is a little piece of Spain – a place to forget about everyday life, move with joy, and experience positive energy.

My favourite Zumba style

Classical Zumba is the closest to my heart. It combines Latin American rhythms, energetic movement, and positive energy. This style made me fall in love with Zumba and reminds me every time that movement can be just as fun as a party.🌴🎶

My values in every class

For me, the most important thing is that everyone feels welcome in my class and can enjoy moving at their own pace. I believe that the best workoutis notone where all the steps are perfect, but one where you leave feeling good and with positive energy.

In my classes, there is a friendly, supportive, and joyful atmosphere where you don't have to be afraid of making mistakes or comparing yourself to others. My goal is for every participant to feel free, to forget about everyday worries for a moment, and simply enjoy the music and movement.

The greatest recognition for me is when people leave the class with a smile on their face.

More energy, a better mood, and the joy of movement are the reasons why I do Zumba classes.
